Tampa Getaway Heated Pool House | Beaches/Airport

Extremely disappointing Positive: Looked smart at first sight. Plenty of space. Negative: Missing - or broken - shelves in the wardrobes. Dishwasher didn’t work. Security - locks on patio doors broken. Not enough cutlery. Broken cupboard door in kitchen. Floor edgings and skirting broken. Heating repeatedly jumped up to 82c. Cracks in bathroom, broken window hinge. Drawers that wouldn’t open/close properly. Missing smoke alarms. Bare wires hanging out of garage wall. I have photos to show re all the above and believe compensation is due!! This was NOT what I expected for nearly £2500.

Wonderful stay. My family was very comfortable and we plan to return very soon for another stay. Positive: The location and the house was spacious. My family has smokers so it was nice to be able to smoke on the back porch. This was a huge plus for us. Negative: The water wasn’t very hot. Instructions on how to lock the sliding glass door should be posted.

Spent the weekend with a group of friends and made amazing memories from the house. Would easily rent here again Positive: Very clean and well decorated. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so much fun to swim around in. The master bathroom was my personal favorite part of the house Negative: Loved everything
