Lovely stay Positive: A lovely, spacious, clean home. Lots to do with the games room and pool. We had a lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend.

The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We arrived a few minutes early, before the 4 PM time. We texted the host and we were able to get I'm slightly early. The pool is cleaned every Wednesday, and we had a good stay. The host is very receptive and accessible at all times. We received prompt responses almost immediately. We will definitely keep this property on our list, as I come to Tampa often to my home office practically once a month.

Positive: Everything was as described. Clean, roomy, the pool was perfect with a great outside seating area to grill and just relax with the family. There are plenty of TVs so everyone could settle in at night and watch what they wanted. We all loved the pool table as well. Very nice neighborhood with a great neighbor to talk with that we met while there. The beds were comfortable. Also, it is very close to stores and restaurants if we needed anything or wanted to go out to have dinner. Loved it and definitely will recommend it to our friends and family. Gorgeous house with lots of room we booked for our daughter's graduation from U of South Florida. She, my husband & son enjoyed the ping pong & pool table. The pool was also wonderful! We didn't use the hot tub due to the temps. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes & cookware. Owner responded quickly to messages. It is 35 min to USF but there is a Publix grocery store around the corner. Numerous restuarants nearby as well. Would definitely stay there again
